Lodging
Greensboro is a small town with very few lodging options. Don’t worry, you don’t need to book your own housing. We’ve rented a number of places to stay around the lake and will be in touch with you to coordinate where you’ll be staying. If you’d like to know more, feel free to reach out!
Supplies
In Greensboro, Willey’s Store is the place for groceries, beer, premade sandwiches and miscellaneous goods. If you left something at home, this is the store for you.“If Willey’s doesn’t have it, you don’t need it.” - John C Stone IV, 6th generation Greensboro resident
Dinner - Friday Night
The Highland Lodge will be open for dinner from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday 9/25 prior to our Welcome Drinks, which kick off at 8:00 PM. The restaurant onsite is the best option to roll right into the event. If you'd prefer to pick-up food on the way into town or order takeout to enjoy in your cabin, Positive Pie in neighboring Hardwick is a reliable food option. If you arrive early, Cork & Fork in Hardwick or Blackbird Bistro in neighboring Craftsbury are restaurants for a quality sit-down meal.
Breakfast - Saturday Morning
One town over in Hardwick, Front Seat Coffee is our go-to café. The couple’s pick is the ham & cheese croissant.Other recommendations include the Hardwick Diner for sit-down and Willey’s for grab-n-go breakfast sandwiches & coffee.Breakfast on Sunday morning will be a part of the Farewell Brunch, being held at The Highland Lodge at no cost.
Lunch - Saturday
In nearby Craftsbury, the General Store has great made-to-order sandwiches and other ready-made foods and desserts.
